A chin implant has the main purpose of providing the patient with a more harmonious and defined chin, which is of great importance in its appearance, especially in profile.
The placement of a chin implant can be done exclusively, but it can also be done together with a different aesthetic surgery like nose job, a facelift, or a forehead lift.
This procedure must be performed by a certified Plastic Surgeon.

The procedure duration is from 30 min to 1 hour.
Recovery from Mentoplasty
The head must be kept at rest after surgery.
You can return to work after 4-7 days, although it will usually take 2-4 weeks before your face returns to normal.
It is advised not to perform activities that may cause head blows until 6 weeks have passed.
