We achieve more attractive curves with buttock implants

The purpose of performing a buttock augmentation, either with fat or implants or a combination of both, is to improve the shape and volume of the buttocks to achieve a good size natural curve and a beautiful transition from the waist to the hips and thighs.

In order to obtain it, we go beyond the conventional to find and define an athletic body by extracting fat in a delicate and careful way to highlight the muscular divisions and thus show off a natural but spectacular body.

There are two forms of Gluteal Implants:

Round and Oval (Anatomical)

The ideal is to combine gluteal implants that are placed within the gluteus maximus muscle and complemented with fat grafting taken from the abdomen, thighs or waist in order to increase the muscle, cover the implant, give it more height and hips creating smoother contours, Obtaining a natural result.

To obtain the fat, we use cutting edge ULTRASONIC equipment with many benefits for you:

  1. Extract only fat cells
  2. Less trauma to tissues
  3. Better skin retraction
  4. Smoother, more natural contour
  5. Faster Recovery

What is the BBL?

The Brazilian Butt Lift is also known as the Brazilian butt lift, butt lift with fat, or BBL. It is a cosmetic surgery that is performed through liposuction in order to extract the patient’s fat from spots where there is an excess. Once extracted, the fat receives a treatment to later transfer it to the buttocks to give volume, a rounded and prominent shape.

This surgery has been popularized by celebrities such as Beyoncé or the Kardashian sisters, who have set trends with their attractive silhouettes.

What does this procedure involve?

The BBL involves at least two surgeries: liposuction of the thighs, abdomen, legs or back and then use the fat obtained in the buttocks in order to shape and increase their volume. Unlike buttock augmentation with implants, the Brazilian Butt Lift provides a natural appearance, no implants or external bodies are required and there is no risk of intolerance or rejection by the body since it is autologous fat (obtained from the patient himself).

How is it performed

  1. The BBL is a surgery that must be performed in the surgeon’s operating room.
  2. General anesthesia is applied to the patient.
  3. Liposuction is performed on either the hips, abdomen, thighs, arms, or back.
  4. The fat reserves obtained go through a process of preparation and filtration to be transferred to the buttocks.
  5. The surgeon performs the filling of the processed fat through injections in the determined areas of the buttocks to give them a rounder and more prominent appearance.
  6. Three to five small incisions are made around the buttocks to lift them.

Candidates

Ideal candidates for a Brazilian Butt Lift are people who:

  • Seek to improve their silhouette
  • Have realistic expectations
  • Are in good general health do not smoke or are willing to quit before and after surgery
  • Have excess fat somewhere on the body to be removed by liposuction
  • Do not have sagging skin in the lower hip area

Recovery

After BBL surgery, it is recommended that you spend the night in the clinic to rest, drain fluids, and monitor the patient for any reaction to anesthesia. Afterwards, rest is required for one to two weeks, after which the patient can return to light activities, but will have to avoid vigorous exercise for a month.

Aftercare

After a BBL it is recommended:

  • Wearing a compression garment on the treated skin areas to help the tissues adapt to the new shape and reduce the risk of bleeding. You will have to use it day and night for at least a month, and remove it only to shower.
  • Avoid sitting directly on the buttocks for one or two weeks, you can use a donut or lifesaver or a special cushion.
  • Sleep on your side or stomach for at least two weeks or until the scars have completely healed.
  • Manual lymphatic drainage is recommended to accelerate recovery.

Is it permanent?

BBL results can be permanent if you maintain a healthy diet, keep your weight from fluctuating, and exercise. It is important that you know that approximately 70% of the infiltrated fat is permanent, so you will probably see a slight reduction in volume until after a few months. Since that fat is permanent it could be altered by changes in weight and alterations in metabolism.
